Guess Who's Coming to Dinner: Chef André Fowles
Dougla Kitchen invites you to an extraordinary one-night-only collaboration between two of Jamaica's most celebrated culinary talents: internationally acclaimed Chef André Fowles, three-time Food Network Chopped champion and personal chef to Bruce Springsteen, and Dougla's own Chef Andrew Black, a 2023 James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Southwest.
On October 18, the two Jamaican-born chefs will unite their distinct styles for an eight-course modern Caribbean tasting menu rooted in shared heritage, bold flavor, and island soul.
Each guest will also receive a signed copy of Chef Fowles' new cookbook, My Jamaican Table: Vibrant Recipes from a Sun-Drenched Island. Seating is extremely limited for this rare celebration of Jamaican cuisine, craftsmanship, and culture.
